Local cricket club hosts day of ‘Bowling Master Classes”
Merton’s local junior cricket club AJ Coaching Cricket Academy, invited former England International and Lancashire fast bowler, Sajid Mahmood to run master bowling sessions for the day in Wimbledon on Saturday 1st December 2018.
The session sees the start of a partnership between AJ Coaching Cricket Academy and Sajid Mahmood to develop and inspire young cricketers from the ages of 11-15 to advance and progress with their skills.
Founder of AJ Coaching Cricket Academy, Ali Jaffer said:
“ Next year is a big year for cricket with the Ashes and The World Cup taking place. Sajid brings a wealth of first class and international experience to this programme.”
Sajid Mahmood, added:
“The more I’ve been coaching, the more I’ve enjoyed it a lot. You get a lot of satisfaction when you see young cricketers developing through you having an influence on them.”
